Terms of service

The Billing Address should be the same address used by your bank to mail monthly credit card statements, and must be formatted identically.

The Shipping Address is where you want the item(s) delivered. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ELECT NOT TO SHIP TO AN ADDRESS THAT IS NOT THE BILLING ADDRESS TO PREVENT CREDIT CARD FRAUD.

Items are shipped only after valid payment has been received and clears the credit card payment gateway, usually within 24-48 hours after order.

Recommended Shipping method for U.S. shipments is USPS Priority Mail.
Recommended Shipping method for non-U.S. shipments is FedEX or USPS EXPRESS Mail.

Shipping costs for orders with a value of $500 and greater include insurance and signature requirement at the delivery address and must use U.S. Priority, Express or FedEX services. First-Class parcels are not insured unless requested separately, additional fees apply. Delivery Confirmation is used when and where available. Some methods do not provide tracking while en route.

IMPORTANT
Non U.S. Shipments and Freight Forwarding Services:
VST is not responsible for deliveries shipped to freight forwarding services of any kind that do not ultimately reach you, or the intended recipient. By placing an order with VST and using freight forwarding service, you agree to assume all risk of loss, and you agree not to chargeback a payment made for non-delivery when using a freight forwarding service.

ALL IMPORT TAXES, DUTIES and or VALUE ADDED TAXES, if any, ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER/IMPORTER.

ALL SHIPMENTS ARE CONFIRMED WITH TRACKING INFORMATION. Non-US Shipments may not update tracking once items leave the U.S. port of departure, unless shipped via FedEX.

Any claims for missing items, or parcels NOT DELIVERED must be made within 30-DAYS of Ship Date.
