Return Policy

Filters

VST Precision Filters are not sold on a trial basis and cannot be returned or exchanged, even if unopened. Please confirm you are ordering the correct size and style before purchasing. Some filters may exceed the depth of certain portafilter handles; in those cases, a bottomless portafilter is required. See our FAQ for sizing information before ordering if you are unsure about filter basket fit.

Non-Returnable Items

Refractometers, and refractometer accessories, software, and espresso tampers are also final sale and not returnable.

Other Returns

For all other items, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to VST for any reason, including being unclaimed, refused, business closed, delivery address closed, customer entered incorrect shipping address, or failure to pay import fees, the order's shipping costs and credit card processing fees will not be refunded. You will receive a refund for the item(s) only, provided they are unopened and undamaged. Alternatively, you may pay new shipping charges to have the items re-shipped. Please contact VST to arrange.

Shipping Claims

Shipments must be inspected within three (3) business days of delivery. Any issues must be reported within that timeframe and must include photo documentation of the issue, along with the original packaging, shipping labels, and packing slip.
