REFUND POLICY

VST Precision Filters are not sold on a trial basis, and can not be returned or exchanged, even if unopened. Please double-check that you order the intended size and style. Some filters may exceed the available depth of some portafilters. In these cases you will need a bottomless portafilter.

Software, Espresso Tampers, Refractometers and Refractometer Accessories are not returnable.

To return other items, you must first request an RMA, and returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Non U.S. Shipments:
ANY AND ALL IMPORT TAXES, DUTIES, VALUE ADDED TAXES, if any, ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER/IMPORTER.
ALL SHIPMENTS ARE CONFIRMED WITH TRACKING INFORMATION. Non-US Shipments may not update tracking once items leave the U.S. port of departure, unless shipped via FedEX.

First Class parcels are not insured and no signature option is available. If you want your shipment insured use Priority or Express services. Any shipment over $500 in value should be shipped insured and requires a signature. Any claims for missing items, or parcels NOT DELIVERED must be made within 30-DAYS of Ship Date.

VST is not responsible for missing, lost or damaged deliveries shipped to any freight forwarding service. If you use freight forwarding services, you agree to assume all risk of loss, and you agree not to chargeback the payment of any order not delivered, provided that your item is delivered to your forwarding agent or service. VST's responsibility for delivery ends when delivered to the forwarding service or agent, as shown by FedEX or USPS Delivery Confirmation with or without a signature.
