REFUND POLICY

VST Precision Filters are not sold on a trial basis, and can not be returned or exchanged, even if unopened. Please double-check that you order the intended size and style. Some filters may exceed the available depth of some portafilters. In these cases you will need a bottomless portafilter.

Software, Espresso Tampers, Refractometers and Refractometer Accessories are not returnable.

To return other items, you must first request an RMA, and returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

IMPORTANT - Non U.S. Shipments:
ANY AND ALL IMPORT TAXES, DUTIES, VALUE ADDED TAXES, if any, ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER/IMPORTER. You are responsible for tracking your international order daily and for contacting your LOCAL POST and or CUSTOMs officials upon arrival to your Country's CUSTOMS offices to make timely payments of IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES (if any apply).

Many Postal and Customs services DO NOT NOTIFY you when your item arrives in CUSTOMs. It is your responsibility to track your shipment daily and to contact CUSTOMs upon arrival.

If your parcel is returned to VST as UNCLAIMED, IMPORT FEES REFUSED, BUSINESS CLOSED or DELIVERY ADDRESS CLOSED or because you did not make a timely payment of Import Taxes or Duties, your shipping costs WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. You will receive a full refund for the item(s) purchased provided they are undamaged and are returned unopened.


ALL VST SHIPMENTS ARE CONFIRMED WITH TRACKING INFORMATION. Non-US Shipments may not update tracking once items leave the U.S. port of departure, unless shipped via FedEX. It is your responsibility to track your own shipments and to contact CUSTOMS and or POSTAL officials immediately upon entry to CUSTOMs.

First Class parcels are not insured and no signature option is available. If you want your shipment insured use FedEX Priority or Economy services. Any shipment over $500 in value should be shipped insured and requires a signature. Any claims for missing items, or parcels NOT DELIVERED must be made within 30-DAYS of Ship Date.

VST STRONGLY ADVISES SHIPMENT TO THE BILLING ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CREDIT CARD USED FOR PAYMENT. 

FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES

VST does not permit shipment through freight forwarding services.

If you use freight forwarding services, YOU AGREE TO ASSUME ALL RISK OF LOSS and you agree not to chargeback the payment of any order not delivered, damaged or lost, provided that VST delivered the item to your forwarding agent or service. VST's responsibility for delivery ends when delivered to the forwarding service or agent, as shown by FedEX or USPS Delivery Confirmation with or without a signature.
