The new VST Lab Coffee II Refractometer provides improved accuracy and precision, and includes both coffee and espresso TDS ranges. Coffee/Espresso Mode reads percent Total Dissolved Solids from 0.00 – 20.00 % TDS with improved +/- 0.03% typical accuracy, +/- 0.05% (0.00-4.99%) warranted, and improved precision +/- 0.02% TDS Coffee (typical).
